Every week, we receive dozens of applications of young and motivated individuals, who want to become a certified caregiver. We identify and short-list applications with relevant qualification and experience in the field.
After selecting the applications, we invite the applicants to our office for a one-to-one interview. This step also involves a thorough background check and assessment of the applicant.
Once we have short-listed the final applicants after the interview, we send them for training and workshop programs to build upon their existing knowledge and to mold them in their best form.
The final step is on-boarding. After a caregiver comes on-board, we generally assign the person to an experienced care giver so that it can learn and understand the nuances of caregiving while being on the job.
